"We had a basement flooding and they were responsive (came to our house right away whereas others stated it would take a few days) to help control the damage. Then they walked us through the various repair steps, particularly spending the time with our home insurance agent. It went very well, as smoothly as could have been expected. I also liked that I could call them at any hour."

"We were very happy with the job B&E did. Our new kitchen is beautiful and all in all things went very well. This was not our first experience with remodeling and one thing we have learned is that things rarely go exactly as planned-nice little surprises when walls/floor/ceilings are opened or just human error. B&E did an excellent job in dealing with the few unexpected issues that arose. Either the owner or his project manager was on the job every day. They did a great job of supervising their employees & subcontractors. They kept us informed on scheduling and were flexible when we had conflicts. This is a small company so they're not trying to juggle 10-20 jobs and you're just another job in the rotation. B&E also did a 2-room addition & screened porch for my aunt. Both rooms are beautiful-you can't tell they're not part of the original house. We saw 2 homes at Homerama last year with screened porches-the porch B&E did was head & shoulders above either of the Homerama porches."

"Over the past few years, they have provided several services for me including a stain glass door, and several other renovations. He is very prompt and calls back and shows when he is supposed to. This is a smaller company and its always the same people showing up which is very nice. I like knowing who is coming out. Over the past 6 years the service is great and has been consistent. I have never been dissatisfied."
